Elderly man attacked in the Bronx
A man was attacked in an attempted robbery in the Bronx.

PARKCHESTER, Bronx (WABC) -- The NYPD is looking for two suspects after a 79-year-old man was attacked in the Bronx.

Authorities say they got out of a white car early Friday morning on Gleason Avenue in Parkchester.

They then approached the victim and demanded money.

When he refused, they punched the man in the face and kicked him repeatedly after he fell to the ground.

The suspects fled the scene. The victim went to the hospital with a fractured jaw.

The NYPD described both suspects as: male Hispanic, dark complexion, last seen wearing blue jeans and a white shirt.
