Bail reduction denied for Delaware State shooting suspect

Bail remains at $192,000 for Delaware State shooting suspect
DOVER, Del Loyer Braden's lawyer argued a bail reduction was appropriate because prosecutors had skipped two opportunities to present the case to the grand jury for indictment.

The lawyer also said the 18-year-old has cooperated with authorities investigating the September 21st shooting.

Braden is charged with attempted murder in the shooting of a 17-year-old freshman. Braden's bail was increased by $100,000 after she died last month.

Prosecutors expect to present the case to a grand jury in December.
