Police respond to man set on fire

Authorities say he called in to say he had been doused in gasoline

Police say a man called 911 to report he had been doused with gasoline and set on fire in Hanover Township this morning. The victim called at 2:32 a.m. to report he had been set on fire on Wing Drive.

He was found in an industrial park near the Consolidated Bearing Company.

The man was severely burned and rushed to St. Barnabas Burn Center, where he is in critical condition.

No arrests were immediately made.

The Morris County Prosecutor's Office and Hanover Township Police are investigating.
