From N.J. and Manhattan

Commuters who ride some SeaStreak ferries need to find another way to work. The company has canceled a handful of departures from Monmouth County and Manhattan.

No reason was given.

The 5:50 Atlantic Highlands and 7:30 Sandy Hook were scratched. So were the 6:30, 8:10 and 8:30 boats out of Manhattan.

The 6:00 a.m. Conners departure was delayed to 6:10 a.m.

Meanwhile, SeaStreak's parent company has announced it's trying to sell the four ships and the company.

The company says it failed to reach a deal following last year's negotiations to sell the boats to the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago.
