There are rush-hour headaches Tuesday for subway riders on the Nos. 4 and 5 lines.Authorities say an electrical arcing problem in the tunnel connecting Brooklyn and Manhattan is causing disruptions on southbound trains.

Southbound No. 4 trains are being turned around at Bowling Green in lower Manhattan, while southbound No. 5 trains are being diverted onto the No. 2 line.

No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the electrical problem is not yet known. Crews are working to correct the problem.
