Eyewitness News is told about a dozen passengers on that one train were walked on the tracks from the stopped train to the nearest terminal.
Bus service was being provided for the affected section of AirTrain.
It was not immediately known what caused the localized power outage. The Port Authority did not have an estimated time of service restoration.
