Signal problem to blame for morning mess
NEW JERSEY NJ Transit was reporting delays of up to 60 minutes in both directions on all Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast and Raritan Valley trains through Newark Penn Station at the rush of the morning commute. Since the issue had been fixed, the delays are only at 15 minutes.
