Police say the suspect grabbed the 10-year-old on the street and raped her on the rooftop of the building.
Hours later, a man arrested for loitering at a Brooklyn subway station turned out to be the suspect in the Bronx rape.
He's identified as 35-year-old Enoch Roberts -- who police say lived next to where the girl was raped.
