Putnam bar owner faces sentencing in fatal crash

NEW YORK Ray Knox Jr., the owner of the Paddock tavern, is scheduled to be sentenced Monday night in Patterson Town Court.

The collision occurred on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 4, 2007, a quarter mile from the bar. Longchamps' Ford SUV crossed onto oncoming traffic and struck a minivan driven by Kristen Henry, of Holmes, N.Y.

Both women were killed. Henry's husband and three children were seriously injured.
