House fire leaves six residents homeless

A second-alarm fire tore through a large house in Elizabeth -- injuring one woman and leaving six residents homeless.Eyewitness News is told trhe flames broke out on the top floor of 349 Fay Avenue just before 12:30 a.m. this morning. Heavy flames shot out the third floor windows.

Officials say one woman was treated for serious, but non-life threatening, injuries. Six residents were left homeless.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
