Man found dead in Harlem building

NEW YORK The attack happened last night at 341 Lenox Avenue.

Eyewitness News reporter Thalia Patillo has more.

"It's very sad. If he's urinating you don't do that you ask him to leave," neighbor, Mike Scott said. "You don't even do that to a dog"

Mike Scott is talking about the man police say was murdered after he was caught urinating in the vestibule of 341 Lenox Avenue.

Three men have been arrested and charged with manslaughter.

Police arrived at the building around 9 p.m. Friday night and found the 33-year-old victim tied up. He later died.

His final hours still under investigation a day after it happened with police posted outside the three-story building.

There aren't many tenants in the building and neighbors say they just feel sorry for the guy who may have been homeless.

"It's not right to urinate in the hallway," said a man. "But this should not be the outcome."

More charges may follow pending the medical examiner's report.
