Study: Young girls and exercise

There is a troubling new study about young girls and staying in shape.The study shows that girls are less likely than boys to take part in physical activities, and more likely than boys to stop exercising when they grow from childhood to adolecence.

Researchers from the University of Minnesota point to a number of reasons, including poor body image, poorly trained coaches and the way society tends to objectivy female athletes.
