Fire burns homes in New Brunswick

Reports say one child injured
NEW BRUNSWICK Flames spread through a row of attached townhouses on simplex avenue in New Brunswick.

Firefighters worked to get out most of the hot spots.

When the fire broke out most of the people who lived in those homes were on their way to work or on their way to school, and didn't know what was going on.

Ten houses sustained tremendous damage.

Early reports are one child sustained injuries and taken to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, but firefighters were quick to get everyone out.

The fire started at about 7:30 a.m. and was brought under control around 10 a.m.

Firefighters are working to find a cause of the fire.
