His brother, 53-year-old James Kucinski was arrested last night and charged with murder.
The suspect told investigators he kicked his brother in the head. A bloodied, broken brick with blood and hair on it was recovered near the body.
The suspect's girlfriend told police he said to her: "I did my brother."
He was arrested in the parking lot of a Chili's Restaurant in Edison. He was arraigned today in Superior Court in Middlesex County.
