Ronald McDonald House hosts fundraiser

$100 includes food from Tony DiNapoli's and open bar
NEW YORK The event will help to raise money for many special events and programs at The Ronald McDonald House of New York.

The Ronald McDonald House of New York is a facility that offers children with cancer and their families shelter and support while they undergo treatment.

Since its founding, nearly 25,000 families have stayed at the House. "One Child at a Time" is an event which emphasizes the importance making a difference in just one child's life. The proceeds from the benefit will be used to support the many events, from the annual Halloween Haunted House to Country Western nights that take place each year.

The goal of the House is to ensure that that first and foremost, kids are kids. The efforts of the tireless staff of 250 volunteers ensure that one by one, these children get to experience the joys of childhood.

The New York Community is encouraged to attend this very special event. Tickets are $100 and include food from Tony DiNapoli's, as well as an open bar.

Guests will enjoy door prizes, raffle tickets and a live auction - all for a great cause. Bill Sullivan, CEO of the Ronald McDonald House of New York, will speak at the event, and is available for media interviews.

Festivities begin at 6 p.m.
