Senate Minority Leader Malcolm Smith of Queens is seeking the public's help. He is asking them to come forward with information about the incidents.
Stewart-Cousins' spokeswoman, Allyson Felix, says that in one case, a bullet shattered the glass of the second-floor office while a staffer was sitting nearby.
Felix would not say whether the senator was in the office at the time of the incidents.
Stewart-Cousins, a first-term Democratic senator who won a tight election contest in 2006, is planning to seek re-election in November.
