He is seen inside a building on 41st Street.
Investigators say he entered two different apartments in the morning, stole valuables inside and then left.
No one was injured in either robbery.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic or white male, 30 to 35 years old and weighing 210 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black hat, blue jeans and white sneakers.
