The doctor's staff discovered the camera, which had been concealed inside an air purifier.
Police believe the camera was placed in the restroom of the Manhasset medical office within the last two weeks.
Pacienza, of North Hills, was arraigned Saturday afternoon. He was released after posting $2,500 cash bail. It was unclear if he had a lawyer.
