Police have arrested a teenager in a vicious robbery of a Brooklyn parochial school teacher that was caught on surveillance tape. Police say 18-year-old Eric Ferguson followed the 62-year-old teacher as she got out of her car and opened a crucifix-adorned gate to the Good Shepherd School in Brooklyn early Monday.

Authorities say Ferguson punched the teacher in the face and knocked her to the ground. The video shows her shielding herself with her hands as her attacker grabs two bags and runs off.

The victim was treated and released.

Ferguson has been arrested on charges including robbery and assault. Police don't know whether Ferguson has a lawyer, and no telephone number for him can be found at the address police provided.
