Huge fine issued to Bay Imaging founder

NEW YORK Ruben Fleurantin, the doctor who headed up Bay Imaging has been stripped of his medical license and fined $154,000 for not providing patients their medical records after closing their doors.

Seven on your Side tracked him down nearly two years ago, after he left nearly 100,000 women without access to their baseline mammograms.
