Witnesses say a piece of a wall of the building fell off, and right when that happened, the scaffolding fell. They say a man that was on the scaffolding fell, as well, and grabbed onto a rope.
A witness says while the man grabbed onto the rope dangling off the building, other workers were able to pull him to safety through a window.
Some of the building crashed several stories below where people were walking, but again no one was hurt.
An investigation into the incident is continuing.
