Nebraska firm recalls beef products

NEBRASKA Some of the meat was shipped to New York. The recall is from Nebraska Beef in Omaha. Officials say 35 people have already become sick in Michigan and Ohio.

One supermarket chain is already facing a pair of lawsuits. The rest of the meat went to non-retail establishments, so it's not clear how many consumers may be affected.
