QUEENS Among the items seized are bogus merchandise with Major League Baseball and NFL trademarks.

Two truckloads of counterfeit merchandise. That's what a raid in Queens netted. Among the items seized were caps featuring MLB logos, counterfeit shirts, sunglasses and toys. Even fake Duracell batteries were seized.

"As of Monday when we seized his books, he had registered $16 million in gross profits at that point," said Michael Vecchione with the Brooklyn DA's office.

The suspect, Jianfeng Guo pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to charges of trademark counterfeiting. Bail was set at $500,000.

The phony goods were allegedly shipped from China into New Jersey's Port Elizabeth and then trucked to a warehouse in Queens according to the DA's office.
