She will be arraigned tomorrow on attempted murder charges, according to her attorney.
Pittman is the third young woman to be charged in the Aug. 7 shooting of 62-year-old cabbie Enois Malbranche in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.
Her attorney said she was merely a witnesses and can tell detectives about the girl who fired the shots.
The other two young women in the cab, 19-year-old April Pierce and 20-year-old Erica Belgrave were also charged with attempted murder, robbery and criminal use of a firearm.
Both are being held on $50,000 bail.
The taxi driver was hit in the face and left blind in his right eye.
He is recovering at home and unsure if he can continue working.
