5 lbs boneless & skinless chicken breasts cut in 1 1/2" cubes
Marinade recipe:
1/2 lb. fresh, ripe, peeled, pitted and diced mangoes
1/2 lb. Major Grey's Mango Chutney
1/2 lb. Major Grey's Spicy Mango Chutney
1 fresh green pepper cleaned and diced
1 teaspoon fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon fresh chopped jalapeno pepper
4 teaspoons teriyaki glaze
1 teaspoon Thai chili sauce
Combine marinade ingredients in a food processor and blend for 10-15 seconds.
Pour over chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours in refrigerator.
Arrange marinated chicken on 10" wood skewers with your favorite fruits or vegetables
Grill 10-12 minutes on each side over medium heat grill and serve.
