New ways to workout

From the stage to the gym, now you too can be an aerial performer. We're talking about doing yoga upside down and a new upper body workout called kranking.

The same person who created spin bikes created the crank cycle. You simply adjust the tension to get a tougher workout.

If you want to stay off your arms and legs, then climb into an anti-gravity hammock for a different kind of Yoga. The hammocks got their start in professional performances. The hammocks are much closer to the ground than in those performances, but getting over the fear of being in the air is still half the battle.
