New charges in Linda Stein murder

NEW YORK Natavia Lowery already was charged in Manhattan with second-degree murder. On Friday, an updated indictment added the charges of grand larceny, forgery and identity theft. She has pleaded not guilty.

The prosecution has said the alleged theft included money withdrawn by ATM after Stein was killed.

Stein was once co-manager of the rock group the Ramones. As a real estate agent, her clients included Sting, Steven Spielberg and other show business figures.
