Dover police say the 29-year-old drove her daughter to the home of a 15-year-old after her daughter complained that the girl was picking on her at school.
Police say Quintero grabbed the girl and asked if she wanted to fight her daughter. Police say the 15-year-old said no, but Quintero told her daughter to fight.
Police say the older girl sustained abrasions and a black eye.
Quintero's daughter is charged as a juvenile with assault.
