Tension calming foods

If you're snapping at co-workers or feeling anxious about an upcoming social event, it could be something you ate. Or didn't eat. Olessa Pindak says food can have a direct effect on your stress levels.

A recent study showed that people who consumed more sugar, caffeine, alcohol and candy felt more stressed, while those who ate more veggies, fruit and oil-rich fish, felt the least stressed.

It's not just what you eat, it's also hoe much and how often you eat!

Natural Health compiled a list of favorite tension taming foods and created stress free recipes that incorporate them:
