A woman driving in the Westchester suburb of Edgemont spotted the man's body on a wooded hillside last Sunday evening.
Police say the victim's hand were tied and he was shot through the neck. They speculated the victim's body was dumped in the residential area, just over the Yonkers border.
Investigators say they plan to explore any possible links between the homicide and recent shootings in Yonkers as well as a man recently found dead inside a suitcase in Tibbets Brook Park, but say they have no indication any the cases are related.
