Rodolfo Godinez, his brother, Alexander Alfaro; Jose Lachira Carranza; Melvin Jovel; Shahid Baskerville and Gerardo Gomez were all indicted last month on murder, attempted murder, robbery and weapons offenses related to the killing in August 2007.
Carranza and Baskerville were also charged with sexual assault.
The six men are accused of killing Iofemi Hightower, Terrance Aeriel and Dashon Harvey. Aeriel and Harvey were students at Delaware State and Hightower was in the process of enrolling.
