Lauren Graham set as Adelaide in 'Guys and Dolls'

NEW YORK Graham is best-known for her portrayal of Lorelai Gilmore, the youthful mother on the long-running TV series "Gilmore Girls."

She has also appeared in such movies as "Evan Almighty," "Flash of Genius" and "Because I Said So."

"Guys and Dolls" will be directed by Des McAnuff and feature choreography by Sergio Trujillo.

McAnuff, artistic director of Canada's Stratford Shakespeare Festival, worked with Trujillo on the current Broadway success, "Jersey Boys."

"Guys and Dolls," which has a score by Frank Loesser and a book by Jo Swerling and Abe Burrows, originally opened on Broadway in 1950.
