Home invaders terrorize teens

QUEENS Two men posing as police officers managed to get into the home where they terrorized two teenagers.

The crime happened on 173rd Street in Fresh Meadows shortly after 6:00 p.m.

Investigators said two men told a 15-year-old boy that they were New York City police officers armed with a search warrant.

They pushed their way inside and tied up the boy and his 17-year-old sister.

The suspects got away with a cell phone, perfume and the hard drive for the home security system, which apparently was not working.
