New organic restaurant in NYC

NEW YORK It's the first of its kind. Gustorganics opened in January, but it was in the works for 9 years.

Everything at the restaurant takes the environment into consideration.

Alberto Gonzales doesn't spend money to advertise his restaurant, he's hoping that his customers will be so happy with the experience they'll tell their friends.

And there's a lot to tell about. Gustorganics is the first USDA certified organic restaurant.

Of course paper items are recycled, soy ink is used where possible and most of the light comes from skylights. Every detail is considered.

The menu offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

And even the alcoholic drinks, the beer, wine, vodka, whisky, it's all organic.

The restaurant is located at 14th and 6th avenue and the owner has plans for several dozen in the next ten years.
