A van was also involved in the crash.
The officers, a woman and a man, were initially pinned in their cruiser before being freed by responding crews. The female officer suffered severe injuries to her legs, while the male suffered neck and back injuries.
Both officers, who were responding to a call of a man with a gun, are listed in stable condition.
The cops were able to get a license on the vehicle, went to the registered house and arrested 23-year-old Dharmanda Dipchand. He is charged with reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.
