Free from addiction

During the holiday season, when friends and family are having more get togethers than any other time of year, it's common for alcohol to be part of the party.So, this time of year could make it difficult those addicted to alcohol.

Dr. Morteza Khaleghi, author of Free From Addiction, offers advice.

"Slightly more than half of Americans aged 12 or older reported being current drinkers of alcohol (51.1 percent) translating to an estimated 126.8 million people.
