Nassau County police say the Baldwin resident and the boy were naked from the waist down in a parking lot outside Meadow Elementary School on Friday night. They say the woman told them she and the boy were kissing.
Investigators say the boy lied and told them he was 18.
The arrested woman is a mother of three who's in charge of fundraising at the Baldwin Middle School PTA.
The PTA's recording secretary says the woman appeared to be "very conscientious with school activities."
