Police say 41-year-old Judy Bucherri of Valley Stream was in the passenger seat of a red SUV being driving by 46-year-old Sandy Levine of Forest Hills. They argued and she jumped from the vehicle as it was headed south on 164th Street. She died instantly.
Levine was arrested on charges of impaired driving and drug possession. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
Levine is due back in court Jan. 28.
