A New York jeweler accused of killing his estranged wife is being held without bail. Werner Lippe pleaded not guilty Monday to second-degree murder in a Westchester County court Monday in the death of his wife, Faith.

The 67-year-old Lippe reported his wife missing on Oct. 4, and was charged with killing her weeks later.

Defense lawyer Andrew Rubin says as far as he knows, Lippe's body hasn't been found.

Last month, investigators were searching for a 55-gallon oil drum they say Lippe possibly used to burn his wife's body.

Lippe faces from 25 years to life in prison if convicted. He is due in court again on Jan. 22.
