Three adults and three children inside the vehicle were taken to Hoboken Medical Center with minor injuries. All of them were listed in stable condition.
Police took the driver of the Ferrari into custody. He was being treated at Jersey City Medical Center. He was charged with assault by auto and reckless endangerment. He could also face drunk driving charges once blood work comes back, police said.
No names were released.
