Pelosi: Rest of bailout will be better spent

WASHINGTON The California Democrat said "things will be different because we will have a president who will enforce the law." She spoke Wednesday on ABC's "Good Morning America."

Obama is pressing Congress to allow his administration access to the second half of the bailout program, known as the Troubled Asset Relief Program. The Bush administration has been criticized for a lack of oversight in how the first $350 billion of the money was spent.

Pelosi says the bailout spending under Obama will be more transparent.
