Fire causing subway delays in Bronx

A fire is causing subway delays in the Bronx. The fire is at a substation in the Wakefield section of the Bronx.

Fire department and transit authority are at the scene.

Power is being shut off to the 2 train north of Gun Hill Road.

Service is suspended in both directions between Gun Hill Road and East 241st Street.

This affects 6 stops in the north Bronx.

There are no injuries to report.
