In each incident the suspect grabs the victim's buttocks from behind and then flees the scene. The victims are between the ages of 11 and 15 years old.
The first victim was an 11-year-old boy, assaulted on 2 Avenue between East 21 Street and East 22 Street at 3:30 p.m. on September 8, 2008.
There were two more incidents in November in the same neighborhood.
The suspect struck again at 3:10 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. In this case, he assaulted a 15-year-old boy at the corner of 2 Avenue and East 22 Street, kissing the boy before running off.
The suspect is described as an Hispanic man in his 20's or 30's, approximately 155 pounds, 5'5" tall. He is has a medium build, with black hair and a light scar on the upper right side of his forehead. He was also described as wearing an army green North Face bubble jacket.
