- Around 10:19 p.m.: Crew puts landing gear down and extends landing flaps. Plane begins to pitch and roll dramatically.
- Around 10:20 p.m.: Plane plummets into a house in Clarence, a bit more than five miles from the airport.
- 10:20 p.m.: After attempts to contact crew fail, controller tells ground communication: "You need to find out if anything is on the ground. This aircraft was five miles out and all of a sudden we have no response from that aircraft."
