The man in his 30s have struck at least twice in the Bronx.
The suspect, wearing workman's clothing and carrying a clipboard, talks his way into apartments and removes personal items before fleeing the locations.
The first incident happened on January 18 at 2:50 p.m. at 3204 Park Avenue.
He struck again at noon on February 2 at 1705 Hoe Avenue.
