One victim, a 23-year-old woman, died at Brookdale Hospital. The other woman, a 19-year-old, was rushed to the hospital. She remained in critical condition late Wednesday.
Friends of the victim say just a couple hours before she was gunned down, she filed a complaint against the suspected shooter who is her neighbor.
The suspect remained at large.
