A second unidentified livery cab driver rendered aid to the victim shortly after the incident. Detectives are asking that good Samaritan to come forward and aid in the investigation.

Sailema has not been arrested. He was once believed to be a good Samaritan himself. He made headlines in Feb. 2008 for taking a six-month-old to a Queens firehouse after claiming she was abandoned in his cab.

It turned out that he had made it up and plotted with his girlfriend to get rid of the baby.

Charges against him were dropped.
