UB student death investigation continues

AMHERST, N.Y. (AP) Jonah Dreskin of Ardsley in Westchester County died soon after he was found late Wednesday night on an access road that runs beneath dorms on the college's suburban Amherst campus.

Police are looking into whether the 19-year-old freshman may have been hit by a vehicle or fallen from the building.

University officials say shortly after 11 p.m. Wednesday, campus police issued a noncriminal summons to Dreskin and four other students for smoking pot. Dreskin was found just before midnight.

Police say there's no indication that the marijuana summons had anything to do with his death.
