Police car crash in Yonkers

BRONX RIVER PARKWAY A car reportedly collided with two other vehicles in the northbound lanes, near the Cross County Parkway, just before 3 a.m.

A Westchester County police officer was hurt, but the injuries were not considered life-threatening.

The injuries of the others involved were not immediately known.

The two people in the car that caused the accident have been arrested. The driver, 46-year-old Banush Mulliqi, of Yorktown, is charged with vehicular assault, DWI, resisting arrest, leaving the scene of an accident and obstructing government administration.

Pasenger Sadri Dreshaj, 45, also of Yorktown, is charged with resisting arrest and obstructing government administration.
