She was dragged by two men into the East Elmhurst Playground, across from an elementary school, according to police.

The suspects then fled the scene.

The woman, a waitress walking home from work, was taken to New York Hospital Center of Queens.

Police closed off the street where the attack occurred as they searched for evidence.

The street was taped off in front of P.S. 127Q, but school officials said school was in session and students were not affected.

The playground where the attack occurred is not part of the school, they said.
